I am writing to share an important professional update.

Effective August 1st, Peter Rosenberg & Partners LLC (trading as Stonehage Fleming Law US) will no longer be engaged in the practice of law. I will be joining Corient’s Tax Services as a Partner, where I will continue to work actively providing multidisciplinary solutions for private clients and their advisors. My focus will be cross-border estate and tax planning along with family office advisory services in support of the wealth management business. Several members of our team will be joining me.

While I remain a licensed attorney, I will not hold myself out as practicing law, and I will collaborate with external counsel to suit the needs of clients.
